Ingredients
White Cauliflower (large)-1
Onions(medium)-2 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tspn
Coriander Powder-1tspn
Chili Powder-1tspn
Turmeric Powder –1/4 tspn
Garam Masala Powder –1/2 tspn
Curd –5tspn
Olive oil-3 to 4 tbspn
Salt to taste
Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 250°C.
2.Cut cauliflower into large florets. Wash and wipe the pieces dry
3.Heat oil in a pan
4.Fry the cauliflower for 3 minutes on low flame. Remove and keep aside.
5.Again heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry them till they turn light brown in color.
6.Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
7.Add curd and salt and sauté for 1 minute
8.Mix the cauliflower in it and bake the preparation in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
9.Serve hot.
