Ingredients
Coriander seeds – 1 cup
Dried red chillies – 2 cups
Channa dal – ¼ cup
Urad dal – ¼ cup
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ cup
Preparation
1.Dry roast all the ingredients until they give a nice aroma.(dals should turn pale brown color).
2.Let it cool and dry grind everything together and store in an air tight container.
